Infrastructure

In the technical support area, infrastructures represent a significant part of a company’s investment and reflect the strategic orientation and determination of the service provider.

Over the past 5 years, Percall has been focusing on quality installations both in terms of geography and technical facilities.

For our nearshore center, the choice of Rabat, in Morocco, was a strategic decision taken more than 5 years ago. Since 2003, Percall’s infrastructure has been evolving continuously to keep one step ahead of our customer’s needs. At this time, Percall has a capacity to accommodate 120 engineers. With our new installation to be completed in the Autumn of 2008 in the Technolopis park at Rabat-Salé, this capacity will be doubled at a first stage, then tripled on the two-year horizon. The Technopolis park at Rabat-Salé has been specifically developed for high-tech offshoring companies. This park will provide a vibrant work environment, access facilities (transport, Telecom) and a development potential worthy of the most reputable European technology parks.

Percall’s two centers in France, located in the Auvergne Region at Aurillac and Vichy / Cusset, accommodate over 100 engineers. The Auvergne Region was chosen three years ago following an in-depth comparative study of several areas. The partnership set up with the Auverge Region and the host countries has provided productive, open-ended infrastructures and a dynamic training and recruiting services environment.

Percall has invested significantly in its IT, network and telecom infrastructures to meet the most demanding requirements of our customers and service requesters. These include :


    - A cutting-edge contact center for rapid deployment of new platforms, integration with service requester information systems, interconnection of multiple remote sites to supply virtual and network platforms. Using the Sibilo® multichannel technology, our contact centers provide an instantaneous handling capacity of several hundred multichannel contacts including telephone, email and chat. Supervision is ensured in real time and can be directly accessed by the service requester.

    - Multi-operator, international Telecom links ensuring redundancy, service continuity and secure IP network interconnections (VPN, voice and data).

    - A comprehensive, flexible architecture designed to ensure overflow and backup handling from one site to another. Disaster Recovery Plans also form part of the solutions offered by Percall.

These infrastructures are managed and supervised by an IT department skilled in systems and networks, telecommunications and information systems. Our in-house development and customization resources adapt the Percall tools to the management needs and challenges of our customers, from production and quality supervision (SLA management) to detailed statistics tracking, and not least, secure interfacing and interaction with customer and service requester software / business applications. Percall’s infrastructures and the men managing these resources are your guaranty for responsive, flexible and secure development and follow-up of your projects.
